A morning bike ride around the Milicz Ponds, watching migrating birds through spotting scopes and binoculars.
About the event
Ptasia Dolina and Barycz Slow Rides invite you to an autumn morning at the Milicz Ponds. The main route is 12 km and takes about 3 hours including stops for birdwatching — the birds are now gathering in flocks, resting and feeding on their migration. Participants get binoculars and there is a spotting scope too (optics partner: Delta Optical).
If you want to stay longer, Barycz Slow Rides adds another 3-hour bike tour on nearby trails at no extra cost. The ride finishes at the Polish Konik Refuge (Ostoja Konika Polskiego); lunch is on your own. The whole event is by bike, with a fridge magnet as a souvenir.
