Survival Training "I’ve Got the Power – with Pakosz"

A full-day outdoor survival training: survival backpack, first aid, fire, water, shelter, and navigation. Registration required.
About the event
The first training session in the "I've Got the Power – with Pakosz" project, organised by the Heritage of Pakosz Women’s Association from Pakosławsk. Practical skills useful on expeditions and in everyday unexpected situations.
Programme:
1. Introduction – "Are we ready?"
2. Survival backpack
3. First aid in the field
4. Fire and preparing a meal
5. Water – acquiring and purification
6. Shelter and protection from the weather
7. Orientation and navigation
8. Outdoor game – crisis scenario
9. Summary
The training will be led by a Scout Association of Poland (ZHP) instructor experienced in survival activities. Meeting at 10:00 at the Orlik sports pitch car park in Cieszków, ending around 18:00.
