VOGT — traditional dumplings and flour dishes

VOGT is a Milicz company that has served the local market since 1945, making ready-to-cook dishes to traditional recipes, with no preservatives and with fresh ingredients from local suppliers. The everyday best-sellers are potato-and-cheese pierogi (also in a mini version for children), with seasonal pierogi filled with fruit, cabbage and mushrooms, meat, spinach or beans; there are also pierogi with Milicz carp. Besides pierogi VOGT makes croquettes, potato and steamed dumplings, pancakes, mushroom uszka, meat kołduny, łazanki pasta, bigos, soups and salads.

You can buy them at the company shop on ul. Wrocławska 8a in Milicz, by weight or by the piece; they are also stocked by shops in Wrocław, Krotoszyn and Twardogóra. With no preservatives they have a short shelf life, so they are best bought for eating soon rather than for a long journey. The shop's opening hours are not published in the producer's sources. The products carry the Dolina Baryczy Poleca quality mark.
