About
Donata and Artur Kowalski's Gucio apiary in Sośnie keeps 80 hives. From Barycz Valley forage come dandelion, lime, multifloral, goldenrod, acacia, raspberry, phacelia and broadleaf honeydew honeys; from outside the region, buckwheat, rapeseed, conifer honeydew and heather honey. The apiary also collects bee pollen, bee bread and propolis locally.
You can buy honey at source, at ul. Kościelna 28 in Sośnie, after arranging by phone or email (second number: +48 691 666 053). The products are also sold at Karczma Górecznik and at Lido in Antonin, the apiary ships by courier, and its stall appears at Barycz Valley fairs, harvest festivals and fêtes. Honey comes in 380 g, 600 g and 1150 g jars.
