Winnica i Pasieka Czarnoleska

Winnica i Pasieka Czarnoleska in Czarnylas lies in the Barycz Valley, within a Natura 2000 site. The wine is made from grape juice alone, with no added water, sugar or fining agents: it is unfiltered, clarified naturally and fermented naturally, and the vines are grown with minimal synthetic fertilisers and chemical sprays. Besides grape wines (white, rosé, red and sparkling) there are cherry and blackcurrant fruit wines and a trójniak mead. The owner, a graduate of beekeeping and agricultural schools and of a winemaking school in Kraków, has kept bees since 1998; the apiary produces multifloral, dandelion, acacia, lime, phacelia and goldenrod honey, as well as bee pollen and propolis.

You can order the wines and honey from the online shop at czarnoleska.pl with courier delivery (free over 145 zł), or by phone and email. Some wines come out in limited collector's series, with labels showing birds painted by a local artist or regional landmarks such as the Radziwiłł Palace in Antonin. The apiary's honey holds the Dolina Baryczy Poleca quality mark for 2026.
