Hubertówka

Nowy Zamek

Hunting and fish cuisine since 1982: game from the Milicz forests, Milicz carp and a local 'Hubertówka' beer.

About

Founded in 1982 as a hunters' restaurant, Hubertówka has been in a new building in Nowy Zamek since 2020. Game and fish make up about 90% of the menu: roast wild boar and venison, hunter's stew (bigos), venison burger, fish soup and Milicz carp fillet from the Możdżanów fish farm. Sundays always bring broth, the beetroot soups are made on home-made sourdough, cakes are baked in-house, and there are vegetarian dishes too.

To drink: local juices, wine from Winnica Anna and a beer brewed specially for the restaurant. It is close to the Nowe Grodzisko–Stawno pond dyke and the cycle path along the former narrow-gauge railway; in summer there is a terrace and covered shelters. Free Wi-Fi and parking.

Data from the venue's official sources, as of October 2026.
