Smażalnia ryb i łowisko „U Bartka”

Średzina

Year-round fish fry by a pond: fresh Barycz Valley fish, garlic catfish (Carp Master 2014), fish soup and a fishery.

About

This wooden fish bar on the Milicz–Sulmierzyce road has been running since 2010. The fish come mostly from the Barycz Valley (Stawy Milickie SA, Jan Pasieczny's fish farm) and the owners' own pond: carp, sturgeon, tench, catfish, pike-perch, pike and grass carp. They are fried fresh in a house blend of herbs and spices, with no sauces; the speciality is garlic catfish, which won the Carp Master contest in 2014. There is also fish soup, and smoked fish at weekends.

Two dining rooms, a pond-side terrace, a fenced playground, a volleyball court and a fishing pond (weekends). The place belongs to the cyclist-friendly network and has a car park.

Data from the venue's official sources, as of October 2026.
