Oleje z Doliny

Oleje z Doliny is a small oil mill in Moszyce in the Twardogóra district, trading since 2016 and run by Magdalena Dwornikowska. On a screw press, at no more than 40°C, it presses linseed, rapeseed, camelina, black cumin, sunflower, evening primrose, hemp and milk thistle oils. The oils are not filtered but left to settle naturally, are bottled by hand in dark glass and kept refrigerated throughout; the seed comes from certified sources with GMO-free certificates.

You can buy the oils at the mill's shop and office at Moszyce 19f, as well as at the Myszka shop in Brzeg Dolny and Szopa Rzemieślnika in Kiełczów. Orders are taken by phone, email, through the form on the website and via Facebook; long-distance deliveries are shipped in insulated boxes. You will also find the mill at fairs during the Carp Days festival, such as "Taaaka Ryba" in Goszcz and "Karp w Lesie" in Ruda Żmigrodzka. Shop opening hours are not published, so it is worth phoning before you visit.
