The guesthouse has 8 double rooms and a two-room apartment for 4 (20 beds in total). Three rooms are in the old steam mill, five plus the apartment in the new wing; the alder-wood furniture from Barycz Valley forests was made by local carpenters. Rooms have a bathroom, TV, air conditioning and Wi-Fi.
Breakfast is optional; lunch and dinner can be ordered at the 'u Bogusi' restaurant, known for Milicz carp dishes. The mill is on a cycling route 6 km from Milicz, with a lockable bike room, free monitored parking and a covered barbecue area.
