W Starym Młynie
Niesułowice
A restaurant in an 1890 steam mill: Milicz carp in many ways, cream of carp soup and Viennese apple pie.
About
The 'u Bogusi' restaurant occupies a restored steam mill completed in 1890 and listed as a historic monument, filled with a collection of valve radios, porcelain and coffee grinders. Milicz carp from the Możdżanów fish farm is the star: fried with onion, in chanterelle sauce, and as a creamy carp soup. There is also pike-perch, meat and vegetarian dishes, and home-made desserts.
The mill is on a cycling route, 6 km from Milicz. Cyclists get a covered, lockable bike room and basic repair kit (tools, compressor). Pets are welcome; there is a monitored car park and Wi-Fi.
Data from the venue's official sources, as of October 2026.
