Karczma Rybna „Ruda Żmigrodzka”
Ruda Żmigrodzka
The Raftowicz family's weekend fish inn by the ponds: Milicz carp from their own farm, smoked carp and carp pierogi.
About
This thatched inn stands among the carp ponds of the family-run Ruda Żmigrodzka fish farm, right next to a fishery and a fallow-deer enclosure. Most of the fish comes from the family's own ponds: fried Milicz carp, the chef's fish soup, pike-perch, catfish or pike, and seasonally the award-winning smoked carp and smoked-carp pierogi (Carp Master 2021).
A nature trail along the pond dykes starts at the inn and a black-marked cycling route passes by. There is a large free car park with bike racks, Wi-Fi, a play corner inside and a playground outside. The inn is seasonal and opens on weekends only.
Data from the venue's official sources, as of October 2026.
