The restaurant of the Ptasia Osada resort in Joachimówka, on the edge of the forest in the buffer zone of the Milicz Ponds reserve. The cooking is based on local, seasonal produce: fresh fish from Barycz Valley fish farms (carp, zander, sturgeon, trout), beef from Salers cattle, artisan bread and fruit from nearby orchards — including the house fish soup with crayfish tails, a bowl of pierogi and braised beef rolls.
A rustic dining room with a fireplace and a summer terrace surrounded by greenery. Breakfast 8:00–10:30 (for staying and visiting guests), lunch and dinner 12:00–20:00 — it’s worth calling ahead.
