About

Irena and Andrzej Łaniak make syrups, juices, jams, sorbets and accompaniments for meat such as pear mustard, using fruit from their own plantations, nearby meadows and woods, and neighbouring orchards. Everything is produced by hand to family recipes, without preservatives, and sweetened only with cane sugar or not at all. Their flagship raspberry syrup was added to Poland's List of Traditional Products in 2013 as "Syrop malinowy z Doliny Baryczy".

The company building on ul. Sadownicza houses a farm shop with a juice bar, right on a cycling route and close to the Krośnice narrow-gauge railway. The juice bar opens seasonally from May to September, serving freshly pressed juices, smoothies made with seasonal fruit and home baking; the shop also stocks products from other local makers. The preserves can be ordered from the online shop with courier delivery, and organised groups are welcome by prior arrangement.
